Warp: 3 Z spun S plied undyed white wool; 78-80 warps per decimeter. Wefts: Z spun S plied yarn; number of yarns varies by color (see next). Weft color: 2 ply light and dark red, 2 ply yellow, 3 ply green, 3 ply dark blue, 2 ply light blue, 2 ply purply-brown, 3 ply undyed white. 27 pairs of wefts per square decimeter. Eccentric wefting. Both selvedges: returned green weft over two bundles of warps. Top end: single row of soumak, alternating red and blue, 2 mm. green tapestry weave, 3 warps braids, 2 level knot-lace of 4-6 warps per knot. Bottom end: single line of red and blue soumak brocading, approximately 1/2 cm. green tapestry weave, 2 layer knot lacec with knots of approximately 5 warps each. Woven right side up (see flowers).
